The QKD-KMS is developed by the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT). The AIT is Austria’s largest research and technology organisation. Among the European research institutes, AIT is a specialist in the key infrastructure issues of the future.
With in the AIT, the QKD-KMS is developed by the group “Next Generation Cryptography & Privacy” in close collaboration with the QKD experts of the group “Quantum Technologies“. The research engineers of the group have year long industry experience in developing software products in the field of cryptographic applications and critical infrastructure. The scientists contributing to the QKD-KMS developments are renowned in the field of cryptography and specifically post-quantum cryptography.
